I really thought this movie could have been a tad bit better, it just didn't leave me with the impact I wanted. What I didn't like about it was that they made it a little much like a modern day scary movie, like having things come out of nowhere that don't even make you jump. Plus, why was there a Gollum like character that had absoultley nothing to do with the wolfman story. Even some of the performances didn't live up to my expectations. On the bright side Benecio Del Torro was great in this movie, just really was the right pick for a wolfman, and it did stay with the same story, but at some points it did go off place at times. In conclusion, decent movie, some of it to modern, check it out if you want to waste an hour and 40 minutes.

I loved this movie from beigning to end. It has a great story, it has some really funny lines, and it has an awesome performance by some actress named Ellen Page,who is great in every way. The main thing in this movie, and what should be in every movie is the story, more movies should have excellent stories like this, this type could actually happen. Its also a movie that makes you think alot about life, and how tough it could be for one person. Now I can go on all night about how much I loved this movie, but I won't. Anyway,awesome story, its funny, Ellen Page is excellent in it, defiantly deserved that nomination, and everyone, who hasn't yet should check it out.

I was very dissapointed in this movie. I thought the performances were good, and the story was excellent, but all that CGI that they used, pretty much bored me to death. The scenes defiantly went along with the movie, but it got to the point where I was being bored, and it takes a lot to bore me. I did like Mark Walhberg in this, its nice to see that he is getting back to his good acting, unlike The Happening, where he was terrible. So my overall on this movie was, it would have been better without some of the CGI scenes, it was way overdone.

Smart People was actually surprisingly very good. I really still think Sarah Jessica Parker still plays the same character in every movie, but it did not stop me from enjoying this great comedy. What really set me off, was the story. Usually comedies don't have a decent story, well think again. Denis Quaid and Ellen Page, two people I really admire, were really great in this. Thomas Haden Church was so funny. If your looking for a movie with a great story, and some good laughs in between, this is for you. It was very memorable in my part, and I felt really good after it, worth a watch, worth your money. 7/10

What a movie! A very slow movie, that will leave you talking for weeks. A true story that will make you sick to your stomach. Performances that will take your heart away. This movie did not dissapoint me at all, except maybe for the first 15 minutes, when I thought it might be a chick flick, but that change drastically. There was times in this movie, where I wanted to turn away, but couldn't because I felt so bad for the girl that was being punished. It will make you sick to your stomach. It was very interesting, how the movie would go back and forth between past and present, present in the movie being the court room and past being the punishment. A great movie that everyone should check out, you won't be dissapointed

I am not a HUGE romance fan, but this is very different from many romance movies I have seen. Most romance films have dumb stories, and the conflict is just totally out of hand, and is always solved in 15 minutes. This movie has a great story. The romance isn't some dumb teen drama, and the twist in the romance is something we haven't seen before. I am not a spoiler,so I won't tell you what happens. I can tell you that the performances are swell, Carey Mulligan was just fantastic if I might add. Alfred Molina, who portrays Dr. Oc in Spiderman, was great in a supporting role. The lead role played by Peter Sarsgaard was also very superb. I think everyone should watch this film. Its a feel good romance film, that will grow on you and you will learn to love. Another great oscar nominee, that deserves a watch. It also made me cry. 7/10

I did not expect this movie to be this great. The story is just great, and it could really happen, I am not a spoiler so I won't give you a summary of the movie. The performances in this movie are excellent. Toby Maguire defiantly gives the performance of his career. Jake Gyenhall, who I always was a fan of, really showed me that he is still a very great actor. Natalie Portman was also very good. Its not a feel good movie, but its a movie that will keep you glued to the TV. If you love a great story, and some fantastic acting this is your movie.

Poetic, beauty, and dazzling are three words I use to describe this fantastic movie, but its not a movie for everyone. This is a movie you either love or hate, I just so happen to love it. What really surprised me was Robert Pattinson's performance, he was excellent. Only seeing him in Twilight, I hated his acting until I saw this. He will make you laugh and he will make you cry in this movie. I also really loved the story. I can keep going on how much I loved this movie, but I won't, it might take a while. This movie is very different from all other movies. Everyone should give it a chance, you might just love it. 9/10

What a masterpiece! A movie that should be watched by everyone who loves the movies. I was always intrigued by this movie as a kid. I would always see the famous subway scene on AMC,and was always amazed by it and I am still amazed to this day. Now I could be just saying this because crime movies are my favorite types of movies besides drama, but I am telling you, it will not dissapoint. The performances are superb, and the storyline is one of the best. Sean Connery has one of his best performances of his career. Kevin Costner, whom I am not to familiar with, gives a great performance, and of course Robert De Niro, never dissapoints. All and all, this movie is a masterpiece, a great achievement in film making, and should be seen by everyone. Did I mention its a true story?

This is a great piece of art. A different kind of world that we have never seen before, and fight scenes that will give you a migraine headahce. I don't get why people don't know about this amazing movie, these only come around once in a while, it blew my mind. The last movie to do that was Shutter Island. Performance wise the acting is really good. Christian Bale, who is my favorite actor, was once again great. Tayne Diggs was also great, and should play some villians in his next movies, because he would make a great villian. Anyway, this movie in my opinion is a great classic, I will remember it for a long time. If you like amazing fight scenes, a little sci fi, you will love this movie, it deserves more attention. 8.5-9/10
